Welcome! I'm happy you're here.
I believe each of us has the power to heal and create beauty--within us and around us.
As a child and teen, I lived in the Holy Land. I have personally experienced the pain and harm that women and young people face, surrounded by conflict, abuse, and systemic oppression. This is why I am committed to supporting women and youth find our own safety, free our voices and embody our beauty and truth.
My work has taken me across the world. I hold healing circles in homes, schools, places of worship, recovery programs, conflict zones, and the mass incarceration system. And of course, over Zoom! Whether in Iran, Ukraine, or Arizona, together we breathe, move, listen and write a new reality for our spirits to take root and flourish.
I also work one-on-one with people who are ready to claim their inner author and offer "word medicine" to the world.
Within all the chaos and upheavals of our world, another process is at work.
A mending process. At the root of all things.
Thank you for all you've been through. For who you are.
Love, Andreana E.
